Today Outcry Magazine will begin taking entries for our monthly cover art contest. Each month a new theme will be developed. The winning cover will be placed on that month's compact disc version of the issue.
The submission must be able to fit on a compact disc.
WHO: Artists and photographers.
Each entry must be accompanied by a short bio about the artist and may include an email address and website address for promotion.
This month's theme will be the Sundance Film Festival or Independent film in general.
DUE: 1/31/2006
All runner up entries will be showcased in the art section of the magazine with each artist's bio.

What are the dimensions and or Color limits for the Cover?
The pixel size for these images usually are around 800x800 which seems to be close to a CD size. I can make anything fit really. I don't want an oversized picture looking terribly small on a cd though. As for color it doesn't matter.
